There are surprises in the Romark's lineup, who named five Asante Kotoko players, three Bechem United players with Hearts Of Oak, King Faisal and Aduana Stars getting a spot each.

Felix Romark opted for a 4-4-2 formation, with four defenders, four midfielders, and 2 attackers.

He went for Bechem United's shot-stopper Iddrisu Abdulai as his safe pair of hands.

Bechem United's Clinton Doudo and Asante Kotoko's Imoro Ibrahim were chosen for right and left-back respectively.

He went for a four-man midfield of Kotoko duo Salifu Mudasiru and Richmond Lamptey as the base, while Mawuli Wayo of King Faisal and Bechem United's Augustine Okrah occupy the flanks.

In attack, Felix Romark paired Aduana Stars' Bright Adjei who is second on the goal king chart on 9 goals with Kotoko Cameroonian forward Franck Etouga, who finished the first round as top scorer with 11 strikes.

Many have questioned why Felix Romark went in for Clinton Doudo at his unnatural position.

Reacting to this he said, "The guy is so good he has been used in a defence, as a wingback and even in midfield."
