The maiden edition of Ghana Football Association, (GFA) Awards came off Saturday, September 9 at the UPSA Auditorium in Accra.
2022/23 betpawa Premier League champions Medeama scooped four awards on the night [Premier League category].
The Tarkwa-based side were named Club of the Season for their historic feat of winning the Ghana top-flight for the first time.
Skipper Vincent Atingah received the Most Valuable Player of the 2022/23 season award for his stellar display.
Felix Kyei was adjudged Goalkeeper of the Year.
Head Coach Augustine Adotey picked up the Coach of Year gong.
The ultimate prize of the night went to FIFA referee Julian Nii Akwa Nunoo for emerging the best referee.
He received a Hyundai Elantra for clinching the award.
