The Communications director of the Ghana Football Association Ibrahim Sannie Darra has denied reports indicating the Black Stars will don a new jersey against Egypt in the World Cup qualifier.

Reports and images circulated earlier in the week showing a newly designed Black Stars jerseys but Puma but that has now been quashed.

“There is no new kit, the team will not be unveiling any new kit, I have seen all those images on social media,” he told the media.

“We know puma is designing a new kit and at the appropriate time we will unveil that kit as and when it is ready.”

Ghana will play Egypt in a dead-rubber game at the Cape Coast Stadium as the Black Stars failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup.
