Presidential Candidate of the Progressive People's Party (PPP), Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom has stated that his government, should he win the December 7 polls, will be faced with a lot of difficulties because of the mismanagement of the President John Mahama's administration.

According to him, President Mahama has spent much of the nation's resources on his campaign and on fancy projects.

"Mahama will leave me with a huge problem if elected because much of the resources have been spent on campaign".

Making his opening remark during the Institute of Economic Affairs' (IEA) Presidential Town Hall debate on Tuesday, he lamented this use of state funds to sponsor the campaigns of political parties in power saying that his government "will not use state funds to fund campaigns in power".

"We will stop the showcase projects, no fancy flyovers. Who is going to pay for that", he retorted, suggesting that instead of these fancy projects resources will be channelled into roads for farming areas".

Also, "corruption is one area siphoning our monies. Our money is being dashed left, right and centre with no accountability", he added
