It looks like the household of the Rawlingses is divided into two, one for NDC and one for NDP.

At an NDP congress to confirm former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings as their presidential candidate at the Trade Fair  Centre in Accra today, two of her daughters, Yaa Asantewaa and Amina who showed up with their father, former President JJ Rawlings were wearing NDP T-shirts and openly declared support for their mother.

Their other siblings, first born, Zanetor, the NDC parliamentary candidate for the Klottey Korle constituency, and last born and the only so n of the family, Kimathi, were missing leading many to think that there's some special arrangement to accommodate each of the parents' affiliation.
