The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has setup a three-man technical committee to probe last Tuesday’s night fire that burnt portions of the tenth floor of Job 600 at  Parliament House.
According to the Director of Public Affairs  of the service, Prince Billy Anaglate, the committee will be asked to reassess and  determine what really caused the fire.

Preliminary investigations by the GNFS revealed that the fire was caused by electrical gadgets – a printer and a faulty photocopier machine.

Mr. Anaglate also said they had to use the backdoor to reach the site of the incident because it was difficult for them to come through from the front due to construction limitations.
