Medeama midfielder Richard Boadu popularly known as 'Agadas' says he is bidding his time to choose a club that would be good for his 'life.'

The 23-year who is currently in Kumasi for holidays has been heavily linked with Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak has also revealed in an interview with Pure Sports that Ghana's two most glamorous clubs are not the only teams seeking for his signature.

He made mention of Legon Cities and other foreign clubs as well.

"Reacting to the Hearts of Oak and Kotoko speculation he said: I am in no rush to join Hearts of Oak or Asante Kotoko but I am thinking of the best option that will aid my career."

If I am to join Hearts of Oak is would not be because of the Champions League and same applies to Kotoko that  I will not be joining them because I come from Kumasi.

"I will choose the best offer that will aid my development and life."

Meanwhile, the player who has a two-year deal left on his contract has requested a move away from the club. According to him, he has talked with the President of Medeama, Moses Armah Parker and he has granted him his wish.

"I have a good relationship with our club President, Mr. Moses Parker. I have told him to let me go for a new challenge if there is an offer. I have paid my dues to Medeama SC. There are offers from Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak, Legon Cities, and foreign clubs."

Richard Boadu enjoyed a decent campaign in the just ended Ghana Premier League despite his club failing to win silverware. His contract with Medeama is expected to expire in 2024.

He played for lower-tier side Phar Rangers before securing a deal to Medeama in 2018.
