Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu is a happy man after his outfit progressed to the last 4 of the MTN FA Cup.

The coach in his post-match interview opined that Elmina Sharks should never in their life think they are at the same level as Hearts of Oak.

The former Medeama coach said they really prepared for this game to teach Sharks a lesson following their complaints after Ghana Premier League matchday 25 encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium, a game the Phobians won 2-0.

According to him after the said, the Elmina Sharks were talking too much and they just had to find a way to shut them up and Saturday's game was a perfect one.

"It was a tough game, we scored them during the just 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season at the Accra Sports Stadium but they were complaining alot. When we came here we decided to score them again for them to know their standard. "

When asked where he thinks Sharks standard are he said 'they are below us."

Hearts of Oak's dream for a double this season is still on course after Caleb Amankwah's beautiful strike.

The Phobians are through to the semi-finals, their second successive semi-finals in the MTN FA Cup after beating Elmina Sharks 1-0 in extra time.

Defender Caleb Amankwah, on Saturday, scored the only goal in the match at the Nduom Complex.

After both sides failed to find the back of the net in 90 minutes of football. Amankwah produced a magic for the Phobians in the second half of extra time to see his side through to the next stage of the competition.

He scored from a free-kick 3 minutes in the second half of extra time that proved to be the match-winner.
