2018 AWCON: Zambia names final squad ahead of tournament

Spain based striker Barbara Banda will lead Zambia Women National team at the 2018 Ghana Women Africa Cup of Nations(AWCON).

Head Coach Bruce Mwape named a 21 member squad this morning during a press briefing at football house for theAWCON that is scheduled for Ghana between November 17th and December 1st with Banda headline it.

Mwape has kept the core of the team that played at the COSAFA Women's Challenge Cup with only a few additions.

Captain Misozi Zulu is ruled out of the tournament hence Barbara Banda is expected to take over the responsibility.
