Seasoned football administrator Nana Fitzgeraldy Bakers Wood has lauded the Normalization Committee for their administration of Ghana Football.

The Normalization Committee was instituted by FIFA last year August after an expose by Anas Aremeyaw Anas led to the ban of key personalities in the game. Key among them was Kwesi Nyantakyi who was the then President of Ghana Football Association.

The Normalization Committee has until March 31 to bring their work to an end.

According to Nana Firtz, the Normalization Committee have been on the right path in normalizing Ghana football and he will like FIFA to extend their mandate to do a thorough job.

"Personally I see that the Normalisation Committee has achieved some of the task they were brought to deal with so I can say they have done well" he said in an interview with Kumasi based Ashh FM.

"I will rate the Normalization Committee 75% because I'm satisfied with their work so far and I would wish they are given 1-year extension by FIFA".

The football arbiter further descended heavily on club administrators saying they are sabotaging the Normalization Committee because they were in support with the former regime.

"Those criticizing to the works of the Normalization Committee are the followers of Kwasi Nyantakyi."

"These football people are not happy because of FIFA sacking due to their bad attitude towards our football, they are refusing to play the Special Competition because they will not get money for their selfish interest."

"I don't take those criticism serious because the Normalization Committee is on the right path and I truly believe they can normalise Ghana football." he ended.
