BoG issues rules for effective implementation of the Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2020 ( ACT1052) 

The Bank of Ghana, BoG has issued rules for effective implementation of the Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2020 ( ACT1052).

The notice from the BoG said; "These Rules are issued pursuant to Section 77 of the Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2020 (Act 1052) per Bank of Ghana Notice to Banks, Specialized Deposit-Taking Institutions, Non-Bank Financial Institutions and the General Public."
