Deputy Government Statistician, Anthony Amuzu has stated that the 7th round of the Ghana Living Standard Survey (GLSS7) household questionnaire will come in four modules.

“The household questionnaire has a module, ‘A’ which will be used to collect information and the background characteristics of household members and also information on their education, health, labour and migration status.
Module ‘B’ will collect information on their agricultural activities undertaken by the household, consumption, expenditure, remittance of assets etc.
‘C’ collects information on non-farm household enterprises including their employment status, number of enterprises, input cost and revenue received.
Module ‘D’ collects information on governance, peace and security as well as questions on data protection.”
According to him “there is also a community questionnaire which will be used for collection of data on the environment in which the household functions.”
Mr. Amuzu said the Ghana Statistical Service will provide tablets for the 7th round of the GLSS for the timely transmission, processing and analyses of data collected to enhance publication and dissemination of the survey result.
