As its tradition is, the leading hundred companies in Ghana drawn from various sectors of the economy (Financial Services, ICT, Services, Infrastructure, Petroleum and Mining Services, Education, Manufacturing, Tourism, among others) will be awarded at the event.

In addition, there will also be Special Awards for companies who have displayed outstanding performance in selected categories including Corporate Social Responsibility as well as the highest tax-paying business.

The high point of the programme is expected to be the unveiling on the 2017 edition of the prestigious Ghana Club 100 Magazine – a special publication that contains messages from the President of the Republic to local and international investors with varying interest in the economy, a full listing of the top-ranking companies as well as, the ranking criteria and a directory of these top businesses.

The Ghana Investment Promotion Centre is a government agency, established by the GIPC Act, 2013 (Act 865) with the primary responsibility of promoting investments in Ghana – through the provision of some incentives as well as structures to attract investors and facilitate smooth business operations in the country.
