Seidu Kotomah Is The New Controller And Accountant General

A former Deputy controller and Accountant General, Seidu Kotomah is to replace the Controller and Accountant General, Grace Francisca Adzrone, who is going on retirement.

 

Mr Kotomah who holds an MBA from Middlesex University, London and BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Ghana, was the Deputy Controller and Accountant General in charge of Financial Management Service before the new appointment.

Seidu Kotomah also a chartered accountant, has been working at  the Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) in September 1989 and has over 21 years experience in public sector accounting.

Other positions he has held during his time at the CAGD include  the Director of the Ghana Integrated Financial Management Information System (GIFMIS), Head of Payroll, Director of Internal Audit and Investigation and Head of Main Accounts.

He has also served as Treasury Officer in Washington DC and Assistant Treasury Officer in London.
