Twellium Industrial Company Ltd gives to National Hajj Board

Twellium Industrial Company Limited, producers of Rush Energy Drink has donated an amount of GHC54,565 to the National Hajj Board.

The donation was aimed at renovating the Hajj Village located near the Kotoka International Airport in Accra.
 
The company also presented products including soft drinks and mineral water to the board as Muslims begin their Holy month of Ramadan.
 
Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of Twellium, Ali Ajami said the donation was spearheaded by the Twellium Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of the company.
 
He said the company has been working hard to give back to society since its establishment in the country.
 
"The Village he said is very important to the Muslims and that is why we intend to support its renovation. The amount would help to renovate the building to serve its purposes,"he stated.
 
He added that, Ghanaians are generous and hopeful they would also help the company knowing they give back to society.
 
According to him, they would follow up to ensure that the renovation is done to help the Muslims.
 
An amount of GHC5000 was also presented to the office of the Chief Imam as well as 300 assorted products from Twellium.
 
Chairman of the National Hajj Board, Sheikh I.C Quaye expressed appreciation to Twellium for the donation as the money would go a long way to help the board.
 
He called on other corporate entities to support the Board as there is more to do to brighten the House of the Lord.
