CEO of TotMobi Inc, Asamoah Enoch Agyapong through his lawyers, Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co. has threatened to sue singer Yaa Jackson for breach of contract.

The law firm in a statement addressed to Yaa Jackson on 18th February 2019, said she has breached their five-year contract by signing a new contract with Magic Empire under the management of Ray Moni.

Yaa Jackson last week signed a new deal with Magic Empire under the management of Ray Moni.

According to the statement which is to inform the singer of her unexpired contract with TotMobi Inc, Yaa Jackson did not terminate the contract nor served the five years with Totmobi Inc before signing a new deal with Ghanaian international footballer, Richmond Boakye Yiadom’s Magic Empire record label.

The statement stated that the Music firm will take legal actions against her if she fails to fulfil the terms of their contract.

The lawyers asked Yaa Jackson to contact their client to “remedy the said breach under the agreement within a period of thirty (30) days of receipt of this letter” else Mr. Asamoah wants her to be sued.

Akufo-Addo, Prempeh & Co. in the demand notice made it known that Totmobi Inc has invested a lot into Yaa Jackson’s brand so she can't just sign another contract without them benefitting from their sweat.
