Appearing on Starr Chat’s ‘Personality Profile’ on Wednesday hosted by Bola Ray, dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale disclosed he seeks to confer with NPP’s Nana Akufo-Addo and NDC leader, Dramani Mahama to extract a pledge from them committing to a peaceful election stressing “Ghana is in their hands.â€
“I want to meet both at one concert. It’s a plus to see my president and the opposition using my tracks to campaign. I need a platform for people to see that these people are at peace and not at war,†he stressed.
The ‘Mahama Paper’ singjay entreated the political players and electorate to view the December 7 polls as “a great time for Ghana and a blessing to use our wisdom and knowledge†to advance the country.
He also appealed to Ghanaian youth not to spill blood before, during and after the 2016 elections.
