One-year-old Ghanaian Ace Liam has emerged as the current Guinness World Records (GWR) holder as the youngest male artist.

Liam attempted the Guinness World Records in Accra between January 18 and January 20, 2024. This achievement was announced at a press conference on Tuesday, May 14.

Liam’s mother, Chantelle Eghan, expressed gratitude to Ghanaians for their support during her son’s record attempt. According to her, little Liam began painting at the tender age of six months.

“We are thrilled to inform you that your application for Youngest Artist (male) has been successful and you are now the Guinness World Records Title Holder!”, excerpt of GWR’s statement confirming Liam’s achievement.

Liam’s achievement adds to Ghana’s tally of Guinness World Record titles.

It would be recalled that 29-year-old Abubakar Tahiru recently claimed the title for the most trees hugged in an hour.
