The stage comedy is ready to handcuff audiences to their seats. Roverman Productions is about to take theatre lovers on a wildly comic and investigative adventure.
If there’s one thing theatre fans know, it’s that when Roverman comes knocking, ordinary evenings become unforgettable experiences. This season, the stage heats up with LOVE AND HANDCUFFS — a wildly entertaining production promising fireworks and enough comedy to leave patrons catching their breath.
The story begins with Dave, a husband whose quiet life is interrupted by a mysterious visitor carrying a request no one sees coming. Before long, things spiral out of control. Police become involved, danger enters the house, and Dave’s wife Mabel is on an interrogation campaign of her own.

And just when you think things can’t get any more complicated… the thief falls in love, and Dave has the final say.
The production promises sharp humour, energetic performances and the kind of unpredictable twists audiences have come to expect from great Ghanaian stage entertainment.
LOVE AND HANDCUFFS runs on 26th, 27th and 28th June and continues on 3rd, 4th and 5th July at the National Theatre.
Whether attending solo, as a couple, or with fellow theatre lovers, one thing is guaranteed: nobody leaves unaffected.
Some plays entertain.
This one handcuffs you to the story.
