For many Tutulapato fans, the inaction of the young rising start has been an issue of concern but couldn’t place a finger on what exactly is the causative factor.

The answer has however been presented on Saturday, 13th February 2016 ‘Kasahari Level’ show hosted by Pope Skinny on Adom 106.3 FM thanks to Lokarl, a hiplife artiste and one of 3 major persons who discovered and nurtured the young man.

According to Lokarl, it was Buffalo real name Seth Dwamena, a serving policeman who discovered Tutulapato real name Cosmos Boako and believed in his talent such that he bankrolled Tutu’s activities including enrolling him in the school (Silicon International School) he attends as well as housed and fed him at his Teshi-Nungua abode.

“For some time we had been having pressure from Tutulapato’s biological family that they wanted their son to relocate to the Central region. When that was not fruitful, Tutu’s mother (Maame Mercy) again requested for his son with the claim that since he was the 10th child, there was need for certain rituals to be performed for him including slaughtering a lamb.

“Since we only wished to elevate and promote the child prodigy and not to claim the child from his biological family and since Tutu was still a minor who couldn’t decide his own fate, we allowed the mum to take him and since 2013 Tutu is yet to be returned to us” Lokarl disclosed.

According to Lokarl, it has come to the notice of the team that Tutu now has a new management with a song out adding that although such a move was unfortunate: himself, Buffalo and the team wish him well in his endeavour.

Pope Skinny who is in the known of the happenings expressed regret about the turn of events adding that it becomes depressing when fans ask the whereabouts of Tutulapato and he is confounded as to what to say.

He however urged the fans not to hate Tutulapato since he was a minor whose fate was decided by a mother who is ignorant about the music industry yet unwilling to heed wise counsel.

Tutulapato emerged winner of the Talented Kids show organized by TV3 and went on to appear on Adom FM’s ‘Kasahari Level’ show enjoying wide acclaim with his witty raps and delightful Fante.
