Rebecca Akufo-Addo, wife of New Patriotic Party (NPP) flag bearer, Nana Akufo-Addo, has paid a courtesy call on some traditional leaders at Teshie ahead of the Homowo celebrations.

Accompanied by some Greater Accra NPP regional executives; former MP of Ledzekoku, Dr Gladys Norley Ashitey; parliamentary candidate of Ledzekoku constituency, Dr Okoe Boye and his constituency executives; and other party stalwarts, Mrs Aku-Addo donated some items to the traditional leaders, who were drawn from the Teshie Klobo, Teshie Agbawei, Teshie Gbugbla, Teshie Lenshie and Teshie Kle family houses, to make the annual Homowo celebration a memorable one.

In her speech,  she stated, “this election is not about Nana Addo or the NPP, but about the future of our children and grandchildren, so come Election Day, remember to vote massively for Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP.”

“We have men and women who have the experience and know-how to manage this country, and to give us the future that Ghanaians deserve,” Mrs Akufo-Addo added, according to starrfmonline.

The Mankrado of Teshie thanked her for the kind gesture and asked for God’s blessings for Nana Addo and the NPP.
