The Ghana Education Service (GES) has released the National Harmonised Prospectus for students who will be enrolled in Senior High Schools for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The prospectus covers both boarding and day students. In a statement issued on Thursday, September 3, 2026, and signed by the Head of Public Relations, Daniel Fenyi, GES said parents and students preparing for SHS should review the prospectus and prepare ahead of the new academic year.
GES also directed schools and stakeholders to strictly comply with the requirements in the prospectus to ensure a smooth and standardised admission process across the country.

According to GES, the release of the prospectus ahead of school placements is to guide parents on the essential items needed for enrolment to ensure freshers are adequately prepared.
The Service urged the public to take note and prepare accordingly.
