Some Ghanaians have expressed mixed views over the Free Senior High School (SHS) currently being implemented across the country.
At least over 400,000 students are expected to benefit from the education policy which was launched at the West African Secondary School (WASS) in Accra Tuesday.
The Minority in Parliament has criticised the policy for its inability to cover students in second and third years.
A number of Ghanaians who shared their views with prime TV praised the policy as a laudable initiative but believe it could have been better if students in the second and third years were covered.
According to some, the policy has brought huge financial relief to them and monies that would have been used to pay school fees will be channeled into other economic ventures.
