Dr Prosper Yao Tsikata, a Ghanaian professor based in the US, died on Monday, March 19, 2018, in a gym.
Dr Prosper Yao Tsikata is a very popular figure on social media where he often shares his opinions on matters of national interest.
He is believed to be in his 40s, according to reports Dr Prosper Yao Tsikata died while undergoing his normal training exercise where a metal fell on him in the gym. He was then rushed to the hospital but died upon arrival.
Dr Prosper Yao Tsikata graduated from the University of Cape Coast in 2001 he held three master’s degrees in three distinct fields.
Dr Prosper Yao Tsikata was made an adjunct professor at the African University of Communications (AUCC) in 2011.Known for his activism, he was a founding member of Anlo Youth Council.
Prior to his untimely death, he was a lecturer at the Valdosta State University in Georgia USA.
