At the Conference of Heads of Mission and Orientation programme for Newly Appointed Envoys, Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak delivered a presentation on the Interior Ministry’s mandate and strategic priorities to the Conference of Heads of Mission and newly appointed envoys.

The Interior Minister stressed on the Ministry’s commitment to digital transformation of its services, maintenance of security, and stability.

Hon. Muntaka emphasised the importance of strategic partnerships and collaboration between the Ministry of the Interior and Ghana’s Missions abroad in achieving the country’s development goals.

The presentation provided an opportunity for the Minister to share the Ministry’s vision and priorities with the Heads of Mission and newly appointed envoys, and to emphasise the critical role they play in promoting Ghana’s interests abroad.

For his part, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, assured Ghanaians that the Mahama administration will deliver impactful diplomacy.

This, he said, would lead to reset, transform and create real opportunities for all.
He said this on his page when commenting on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Ghanaian Ambassadors.

“The first-ever KPIs for Ghanaian Ambassadors duly launched by President Mahama. We shall make sure we deliver impactful diplomacy to reset, transform and create real opportunities for all. For God and Country,” he said.
