Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah, the founder of the Glorious Word Power Ministry, has prophesied that President John Mahama will never become president again.
In an interview on Adom TV, Owusu Bempah said God had unseated Mahama in the spiritual realm and that any effort be makes to recapture political power will fail.
"In the spiritual realm I saw that Ghana’s Presidential seat had been turned upside down and it was empty.
“President Mahama can never be President again on this earth, that is what the Almighty God has revealed to me and that is what it is…I’m telling you the truth,†he said.
Owusu Bempah advised the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to select another candidate if the party wants to win the 2020 presidential election.
“I’m not the one to tell the NDC what to do, but if they make the mistake of electing President Mahama to lead them in election 2020, the NDC will be heavily defeated and will record its greatest electoral defeat in history,†he said.
Mahama led the NDC to a shocking defeat in the December 7 election, losing by over a million votes.
His New Patriotic Party rival, Nana Akufo-Addo, won the popular votes in six regions, with 53.85 of the total valid votes cast.
Mahama polled 44.40 percent of the votes.
