The Deputy Director of Public Affairs in Ghana’s Parliament Kate Addo, has made known that registration exercise for Members of Parliament-elect of the seventh parliament of the 4th Republic will be held on Monday December 19 2016.
According to Kate Addo the exercise will take place in Committee Rooms 1 and 2 of the New Administration Block of Parliament House and will start on December 19 and end on December 23 from 9.00am to 5.00pm each day.
She emphasized that “Members will be registered and issued with identification cards that will enable them to vote for the selection of a Speaker and other officials for the 7th Parliamentâ€.
She added that members who may wish to register online should visit the website of parliament at [ www.parliament.gh] and complete the process.
“Once satisfied with the accuracy of the information, the forms are to be printed out and the member’s signature appended to finally complete the process,†she assured
