The National Service Authority (NSA) has released PIN Codes for 132,393 national service personnel from 100 accredited universities for the 2025/2026 service year.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, June 17, the NSA urged all personnel to visit the official website,  https://smarthub.nss.gov.gh, to access their PIN codes.

Enrollment officially opens on Thursday, June 17 2025, 2025, and will close on Wednesday, July 1, 2025.

The statement further noted that a registration fee of GH¢40.00 must be paid at any branch of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) to access the enrollment platform.

Alternatively, applicants may opt to pay GH¢41.00 via MTN Mobile Money.

Meanwhile, the NSA has enrolled in a new enhanced security.

The new features to strengthen transparency and security of the process, include Facial biometric Verification and Verified Address input.

  • Facial Biometric Verification: Applicants must verify their identity against Ghana Card data held by the National Identification Authority (NIA) before accessing the registration form.

  • Verified Address Input: Applicants must provide a valid GhanaPost GPS address, which will be used to determine regional postings based on proximity to workplaces. Accuracy is essential to ensure proper placement.

Further guidance is available at https://smarthub.nss.gov.gh/faq/registration-guide, with additional support offered via support@nss.gov.gh or the live chat feature on the portal.

The NSA advised all prospective national service personnel to complete their registration within the specified period to avoid any inconvenience.
