The usual neglect by state institutions which normally leads to deplorable nature of government structure is the order of the day at the Kwame Nkrumah Circle office of the Ghana Post in Accra.Â
The floor tiles inside the main edifice where major business transactions takes place have been left to deteriorate as almost all the tiles have peeled off.
PrimeNewsGhana visited the office on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, and observed that the office was always noisy when people who visited the place to transact businesses walked  on the tiles.
At the time of the visit, PrimeNewsGhana observed that the workers do not care about the deteriorating nature of place, especially the floor tiles.
PrimeNewsGhana observed an odor at the premises which were coming from a customer who was parceling dried and smoked fish (tilapia) for posting.
The odor was unbearable for other customers who had come to the office to transact business.
