Police Recruitment: Next stage slated for Jul 18-22, list comes out on Jul 13

The next stage of the Police recruitment process has been scheduled for Monday 18th July to 22nd July, 2016.

 

According to a statement from the service signed by the Director of Public Affairs, Cephas Arthur,  a list of applicants who have qualified for the selection exercise will be posted on their official website,  www.police.gov.gh and at “all Regional and District Police Commands as well as all Police Training Schools.”

The statement thus directed applicants who will find their names in the list to present themselves at the Recruitment centres in their respective regions from July 18 to July 22, with a copy of the print out of the reply to their online application indicating their qualification to the next stage, an original copy of their birth certificate, an original copy of their Junior High School (JHS) certificate, an original copy of Senior High School (SHS) certificates and two passport-size photographs.

POLICE RECRUITMENT

The Police Administration wishes to inform the general public, especially Police recruitment applicants, who have qualified to the next stage of the recruitment process that is the selection exercise has been scheduled for Monday 18th July to 22nd July, 2016.

Furthermore, the list of all qualified applicants will be posted at all Regional and District Police Commands as well as all Police Training Schools across the country by Wednesday 13th July, 2016.

All qualified candidates are, hereby, requested to visit the above-named Police Commands and Police Training Schools closest to them on Wednesday 13th July, 2016 to find out where they have been placed for the selection exercise.  Applicants can also log onto police website: www.police.gov.gh with effect from 13th July 2016 for the same information.

On the reporting day-18th July, 2016, qualified candidates are required to bring along the following document and items:

Copy of the print out of reply to online application indicating their qualification to the next stage.

Original copy of birth certificate.

Original Copy of J.H.S. certificate.

Original copy of S.H.S certificate

Two (2) passport-size photographs

Candidates are also advised to make arrangement to stay for the entire duration of the process.

The Police further wishes to caution applicants that anyone who produces forged or fake document, either academic certificate or birth certificate, will be arrested and prosecuted.
