A three-storey building on Thursday completely collapsed at Ahenema Kokoben, near Kumasi, the Ashanti regional capital.
According to reports, residents of the area heard a deafening sound comparable to that of an explosion around 3:00am in the morning.
Those who rushed out found out the three-storey building had been brought down.
Two cars in front of the building were damaged but fortunately, nobody was harmed or injured.
