The Junction Mall supports 100 brilliant and needy students through its annual Educational Support Initiative

The Junction Mall has once again demonstrated its commitment to community development and youth empowerment through the successful hosting of its annual Educational Support Initiative, held on Friday, 14 November 2025.

This year, the Mall extended support to 100 brilliant and needy students from 10 public schools within the Krowor Municipality.

The beneficiary schools included:

  • Quaye Nungua
  • Nungua Methodist 1
  • Nungua Methodist 2
  • St. Peters Anglican 1
  • St. Peters Anglican 2
  • Nungua Presby
  • Kroma 1
  • Kroma 2
  • Kroma 5
  • Kroma 4 & 7

A total of 54 girls and 46 boys received essential educational materials, including school uniforms, stationery, learning aids, and other items designed to support their academic journey.

The ceremony was well attended by key dignitaries and stakeholders, including representatives from the Ghana Education Service – Krowor Directorate, the Queen Mother of Otinor, officers from the Ghana Police Service – Kpeshie Division, Head Teachers of participating schools, parents, and representatives from various tenant shops within The Junction Mall.

Their presence underscored the strong collaborative spirit between the Mall and the community it serves.

Speaking at the event, Centre Manager – Henrietta Araba Ghartey reaffirmed the Mall’s dedication to nurturing the next generation and supporting educational growth within the municipality.

The initiative, which forms a core part of The Junction Mall’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda, aims to remove barriers to education by providing students with the essential tools they need to thrive academically.

The Junction Mall extends its appreciation to all partners, stakeholders, and tenants who contributed to the success of this year’s program. The Mall remains committed to sustaining this impactful initiative and continuing its role as a responsible and community-focused corporate citizen.
