The heavy downpour in the Greater Accra on Monday night flooded several places in the capital including the Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra.
The massive downpour on Monday night, June 18, 2018, flooded portions of the newly constructed Circle interchange popularly known as "Dubai".
