Former rector of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Professor Stephen Adei has described Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as the most experienced personality to have become president in the history of Ghana.
According to him, having been a Member of Parliament and a two-time minister, President Akufo-Addo has gone through the mill and has all that is required to succeed.
In this regard, he stated, the president has no excuse to fail.Â
Speaking on Starr FM's Starr Chat on Wednesday, Prof. Adei noted that Akufo-Addo's experiences mean he is "coming to the position better equippedâ€.
“He has been a politician and has occupied top most positions and no one has found him corrupt. He has the potential than any Ghanaian head of state, but whether that potential will translate into reality we shall see,†he added.
