The New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Presidential Nominee, Nana Akufo-Addo is due in the Ablekuma West Constituency having resumed his Greater Accra Regional tour.
Nana, seeking the mandate of the people on the third try is covering every ground in guarding against complacency despite calls for a regime change by some citizens.
The Ablekuma West Constituency has experienced some turbulence on the NPP front since incumbent, Ursula Owusu Akufo emerged winner of the primaries forcing a challenger to declare his decision to run as an independent candidate.
Nana Akufo-Addo is expected to mend the fracture and heal wounds while endorsing Madam Ursula as the right person to champion the cause of the constituents.
Meanwhile President John Kufuor is scheduled to chair the manifesto launch of the NPP at the Trade Fair Site on October 9.
