Following the suspension of CPP's National Youth Organiser, Ernesto Yeboah and General Secretary Nii Armah Akronfah for publicly chiding presidential candidate Ivor Greenstreet over the Mahama-Ford saga and the agitation by the party’s youth on Monday for their reinstatement, Kadril Abdul Rauf believes Samia Nkrumah cannot escape blame.

The Director of Communications for the Convention People’s Party (CPP) believes presidential hopeful and immediate past Chairperson, Samia Nkrumah is scheming and creating disorder in the party contending that since she lost her bid to Ivor Greenstreet, the former Member of Parliament for Jomoro, has been inciting the party’s youth to cause confusion in the party.

The CPP announced the suspension of the two men last week and Abdul Rauf in an interview with Citi News submitted Samia Nkrumah is behind the agitations over the suspensions adding “Samia is actually an idol in that circle. Ernesto, the youth organizer does not live in his own house, he lives in the house of Samia Nkrumah and all of them, that is where they gather and hold their meetings.

I’m proving to you that she is part of that platform and every discussion that is happening, it is happening under her eyes and she is aware of it.”

After beating her to the crown, Samia alluded the National Democratic Congress is quietly financing Ivor’s campaign hence the volume of cash he had to distribute to delegates. A claim which is yet to be supported with evidence.
