Progressive People’s Party presidential nominee, Papa Kwesi Ndoum has acknowledged that the legal wrangling with the Electoral Commission has taken a toll on his campaign.

Speaking on tour in Tatale in the Northern Region, the business don declared the legal tussle has curtailed the momentum he and the party were enjoying before the disqualification adding he was convinced sinister forces were bent on eliminating him from the presidential race because of the potent threat he poses as a likely president against the odds.

“We have lost some time, we have lost some energy because of the legal battles but let’s regain our momentum,” he stressed.

He stated in another jurisdiction, the PPP would have demanded a month’s postponement of the elections to gather lost time but rallied his supporters instead that since this was Ghana, they were to go out on the fields and preach the Ndoum and PPP message of change so the Mahama regime will be denied a second term.
