The chief of Akyem Akyease has predicted victory for the CPP’s Ivor Kobina Greenstreet adding he was the right man to lead the country.
Daasebre mentioned the Convention People’s Party (CPP) had a traditional support base from the area right from party founder, Kwame Nkrumah’s time.
Nana made the call when CPP presidential nominee, Kobina Greenstreet paid him a courtesy call before wrapping up his tour of the Eastern Region.
He stressed that none of the presidential nominees had seen it needful to confer with him and his people except Mr. Greenstreet and the CPP.
Mr. Greenstreet meanwhile begins a 3-day political campaign tour of the Western Region taking him to Tarkwa, Sefwi Wiawso and other towns.
