The National Democratic Party (NDP) is lacing its boots to battle with the Electoral Commission (EC) over claims the EC is treating the party unfairly and is in contempt of the Supreme Court when it disclosed it has found new errors on its presidential aspirant’s nomination paper.

The EC after the apex court ruling to extend the nomination period, wrote to the NDP presidential nominee, Nana Konadu Agyemang-Rawlings informing her of 33 new errors found on her nomination paper which needed correcting before deadline time by close of work on Tuesday.

But General Secretary, Mohammed Frimpong states the EC is showing bad faith in fishing for extra errors when it ought to supervise their nominee effect corrections to the announced errors before the apex court ruling.
