President Nana Akufo-Addo has said Ghanaians will not regret voting for him and the New Patriotic Party(NPP) to govern.
Speaking at a durbar in the Central region, he expressed the firm belief that Ghanaians would commend his Presidency for changing the fortunes of the country for the better in the coming months and years.
"After my term in office, you will say you have made the right choice by voting for me and the NPP to lead this country," he stated.
Government he said has begun to fulfil the many promises they made to the people ahead of the 2016 elections and would ensure that, they do not disappoint going forward.
"The trust reposed in us by Ghanaians would not be taken for granted as we have started working to serve the interest of all," he stated.
According to the President, his administration is putting in place policies and programs to improve the living standards of Ghanaians.
He asked the chiefs and people of the region to support his administration to achieve his visions for the country as they are poised to provide the needed infrastructure and opportunities for all.
