Presidential Nominee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo has reiterated his resolve to improve the economy when he becomes president by building industries to process Ghana’s products while creating jobs for the people.

Speaking at the Ablekuma West Constituency, where he visited places including Nasrawa and Dansoman SSNIT Flats, Nana Addo addressing a durbar of chiefs and constituents, pledged dedicating $1.6 billion to fund capital expenditures.

He urged members and sympathizers of the NPP to shun and disregard any aspirant who upon losing a contest stands as an independent candidate pointing out that such persons are not true NPP loyalists.

He added even though Alan Kyeremanten contested him, he is part of his team and was in flesh by his side urging party executives and members to work purposefully to wrestle power from the NDC.

He endorsed the NPP’s parliamentary nominee, Ursula Owusu Ekuful as one to retain the seat for the party while the chief of Okpeteykwei endorsed him as the next president of Ghana.
