The National Chairman of the People’s National Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah has noted that some promises by the President Mahama are over ambitious.

Speaking on Radio Gold's Alhaji and Alhaji on Saturday, Mr Mornah said, for him, the one pupil one tablet promise by President is over ambition on his part

“They [the promises] were too ambitious, in terms of education that was the provision a tablet to every pupil, we have over 15,000 basic schools in the country and if every school has 300 pupils and you multiply this figures, you realise that we cannot achieve this in this our current economic situation”, he pointed out.

According to him, “considering that we have to go on a Eurobond mission for every development we undertake in the country", it was impossible to fulfil these promises.
