Mahama to host Grenada’s Prime Minister for bilateral talks on Friday

President John Dramani Mahama will on Friday host the Prime Minister of Grenada, Dickon Amiss Thomas Mitchell, for bilateral talks at The Presidency.

Dickon Mitchell will arrive in Accra on Thursday, 16 October 2025 at 4:00 pm for a two-day official visit, accompanied by Grenada’s Chief of Staff, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Trade and Export Development, as well as other top government officials.

The delegation will participate in the first Ghana-Grenada Political Consultation Meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shortly after the Prime Minister’s arrival on Thursday.

President Mahama will welcome the visiting Prime Minister for bilateral talks on Friday morning and host him to a State Luncheon after the meeting.

Prime Minister Mitchell is scheduled to visit the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park before departing the country later on Friday.
