The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has switched its manifesto launch venue from the Tamale Sports Stadium in the Northern Region to the Trade Fair site in the Greater Accra Region.

The NPP will offer its policy proposals to the citizenry at the event on 0ctober 9 in a bid to convince Ghanaians they deserve a shot at the presidency to mitigate the hardships they are being made to suffer.

The switch announced at the last minute might have been because of the Black Star World Cup qualifier against Uganda at the same venue on October 7.

The 218 manifesto document is set to show how the NPP intends to transform the Ghanaian economy by cutting down the number of taxes levied on citizens as well as cut down on interest rate charges at the banks and reduce corporate taxes for businesses.

The party also promises to be the most friendly business government pledging to set up the Northern Development Fund which will accelerate development of the three Regions of the North.

The occasion will additionally afford party functionaries a chance to shed more light on the “1 district 1 Factory Policy”.
