Suspended Second Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammy Crabbe, has said that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is wasting time by fighting the Electoral Commission (EC) for a new voter’s register.
According to Mr Crabbe, if the NPP's objective is to win the November elections, it has to invest its time and energy into campaigning, and not on agitating for a new register.

“We have an agenda to remove the current president [of Ghana] and put our flagbearer [Nana Akufo-Addo] there. We need to stop fighting everybody and focus on the job ahead. We should stop fighting everybody and focus on the job ahead. We should stop lazing and do things that will win the elections,” Mr Crabbe told Accrab-based Class FM on Tuesday.

Mr Crabbe is in court challenging the decision by the National Disciplinary Committee of the party to suspend him for allegedly disregarding the party’s structures.
He was suspended alongside former party chairman, Paul Afoko, and General Secretary, Kwabena Agyapong, for allegedly undermining the party interest.
