The Northern Regional Minister, Abdallah Abubakari has allegedly been caught using a police pick up for campaigning purposes.

Photos made available to us shows a man believed to be Mr Abubakari at the back of a police pick up acknowledging cheers from supporters in a procession.
The minister, appointed in January, this year is the ruling National Democratic Candidate (NDC) Â parliamentary candidate for the Walewale Constituency.
He was the People's National Convention (PNC) candidate for the same constituency in the 2012 elections but defected to the NDC later.
