President Nana Akufo-Addo has reassured the country of his government's commitment to deliver on their promises.
Speaking to journalists at the Peduase Lodge in the Eastern region today(Monday), he said, "we are reassuring the nation of our commitment to ensuring that the rule of law exist in the country,"he stated.
He added that, "we want Ghanaian people to know that all the things we intend to do,we have started doing and ensure they is done."
He stressed on the issue of the ban on the purchase of vehicles by government officials as it would also be enforced to the fullest.
"We are going to use the vehicles no matter how dilapidated the vehicles are. We have to make do with them,"he stated.
According to the President, "these are difficult times for Ghanaians and the policy that officials can buy cars will not work."
The President said, no official will have the opportunity to buy any official cars till they put an end to the search of missing vehicles.
