Former Black Stars midfielder Yussif Chibsah believes Kwesi Appiah has built a very formidable technical team. The likes of Stephen Appiah and Richard Kingston in particular will bring along rich experiences, having been on the team as players in recent times.
The technical team include, Ibrahim Tanko as the first assistant coach, Maxwell Konadu as the second assistant coach, former captain Stephen Appiah is technical Cordinator and Richard Olele Kingson as goalkeeper’s trainer.
Chibsa says “Considering the fact they are all ex-players of the National team, Stephen Appiah, Ibrahim Tanko and Richard Kingston have all played football for the Country and have vast experience so in a nut shell I think this is a strong technical team.â€
Their influence should result in the improved performance of players in the coming years.
The technical team is expected to begin work as the Stars have lined up two international friendlies with Mexico and the United States of America
