Braimah Kamoko alias Bukom Banku is known for his boxing but also for comic offerings but it appears his understanding of jovial acts is not appreciated by all.
When he was condemned for slapping a hair stylist, Martha Nelson over a denied kiss, the contentious boxer defended himself claiming he only jovially said she should kiss him since he had jokingly been referring to her as “my wife†adding he is regular at the saloon dishing money to Martha and her friends.
While that case runs its course at the circuit court, onetime close pal of Banku, Ayittey Powers has dropped a bombshell claiming Bukom Banku is a homosexual adding that the former bleached boxer sought for them to engage in a homosexual deed.
“He is a gay, he told me that I am nice, he loves me so I should get involved in homosexual act with him. I will reveal all his secrets in due time†Powers reportedly stated on Happy FM.
But Banku responded saying in his jovial manner, he had told Powers he was his wife now after defeating him twice in the ring hence he should give him a kiss.
“I told Powers that because I have beaten him twice in the ring, he is my wife, so he should come for me to kiss him, but Powers took it personally and started insulting me and my mum. I was joking about it when I told Ayittey Powers, I loved him.â€
