Kumasi Asante Kotoko head coach CK Akonnor has provided an injury update of the club ahead of their crucial clash against the Kariobangi Sharks of Kenya.
Ahead of the match, all members of the 18-man squad were involved in the training session at Goan Institute on Wednesday as issues were raised concerning the quality of the pitch.
However, CK Akonnor told Goal after the training session, that the is no injury worries ahead of the game over the weekend against the Kenyan side.

“I thank God we left the venue without injuries," head coach Charles 'CK' Akonnor told Goal after Wednesday's session.
"As much as it was a small work out to keep the team ready, the venue was below the standards set by CAF. I really don’t know why this was happening. It is not good all.”
Kotoko will face the Kenyan side at the Moi International Sports Centre in Kasarani before hosting the return fixture in Kumasi a week later.
